Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The Shipping Price is calculated at checkout.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Outlying Areas, Rod Boxes and orders placed after 13:00 please allow an extra day (Sometimes 2 days) for delivery. Once ypur order has left City Angler (PTY) Ltd. it is in the hands of the courier to get it to your door. All links and tracking numbers are sent out with the order confirmation.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Some products are under factory warranty from the supplier, so if it breaks or does not function correctly, bring it back to the store for assessment and further action could be taken - Rods will not be replaced if slammed in car doors, whether it was intentional or not. Items sold without capturing the relevant information needed cannot be exchanged.

All online orders are shipped from the Store location and are usually delivered the next working day, if order is placed after 13:00, this could mean that the order is only collected by the courier the following day.
