Ordering Process
- You as the customer Places the order through the City Angler Website, or a custom order is placed for you, and the link to the order is sent to you via email.
- The order is then processed through Shopify and the order is created, this lets us know that the order has been placed and all necessary payments have been made.
- The Courier Waybill is created (we use The Courier Guy mostly, this is subject to change with no prior notice), and the waybill and tracking details are sent to you via email (the same email you used for the order).
- The tracking information is added to your order, you as the customer can follow the order via the tracking link, from our door to yours.
