1. Introduction

3. Use of Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful conduct
• Interfere with the operation of our website or systems

• Violate any South African law or regulation
4. Product Information & Availability
City Angler strives to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However:

5. Orders, Payment & Confirmation
Orders placed online or in-store are subject to acceptance and availability.

5.2 Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once payment is received and City Angler issues a written confirmation.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
City Angler complies fully with the Consumer Protection Act.
6.1 Return Policy
Customers may return goods that are:

• Not fit for purpose
Returns must be made within the statutory period and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6.2 Exclusions
The following items may not be returned unless defective:
• Used fishing tackle
• Perishable bait

6.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
7. Warranties
Products may carry manufacturer warranties. City Angler will facilitate warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
Under the CPA, customers have a 6‑month implied warranty on new goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law:
• City Angler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services
• Use of fishing equipment involves inherent risks; customers assume responsibility for safe use
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the CPA.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, images, product descriptions, and designs are protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
City Angler processes personal information in accordance with POPIA.
