Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs vary from order to order. Shipping prices start at R120 for Local Delivery (Within JHB and PTA), R150 for Areas Outside of JHB and PTA. R180 for Outlying Areas (Areas or cities without Courier Depots) & R200 for Rod Tubes and Rod Boxes. Subject to change depending on the courier service.
Delivery Times
Any order placed before 13:00 should leave City Angler the same day, Orders placed after 13:00 usually leave the next day. Shipping time depend on the Courier Service used. We have experienced some deliveries get delivered the same day if it is a local delivery. Once the parcel leaves City Angler, it is up to the courier service to deliver. Once the Courier Service is booked, a link and tracking number is sent to you via email for easy tracking.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods
If and only if items are purchased at City Angler, may they be returned and exchanged. Items have to be purchased and your name has to be on the order for warranty purposes - this makes it easier for us to find the order where the products were purchased and City Angler can find the date for suppliers to see whether it is under warranty still or not.
Some items, IE Rods, Reels, Nets & Pods, have a factory warranty. Therefore, can be returned and replaced, if it is a factory fault and is still under warranty. This warranty is subject to the supplier of the goods you are wanting to return. City Angler is not able to make the final decision whether it is a factory fault or not. In some cases the product will have to be sent back to the supplier and the supplier will determine whether or not it is a factory warranty. Neglect and misuse of an item does not count as a factory fault.
If an item is purchased within these sales dates, and the item is returned, City Angler will exchange the product at the sale price, not the standard price
Consumable items such as Hooks, Sinkers, Hookbaits, Soft Plastics and Hard Baits can be returned if they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. City Angler may decide to exchange the product/s for products of the same value. These Items cannot be exchanged for physical money. If Items are sent back to supplier and repairs can be made, or exchanges can be made at an extra cost, the customer is liable for these costs.
Sales & Discounted Items
Every once in a while City Angler has sales. These sales have a start and end date. Some Discounts are given on "Combo Deals". Keep an eye out on our Social Medias to see these deals or look out for the collection in our menu !
