Crafted from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, the reel is milled and CNC cut, then finished with a sleek satin black anodized coating and silver accents, elevating its look and feel. This attention to detail ensures the Swing fly fishing reel stands out both in performance and aesthetics.

Its full cage design prevents any tippet pass-through, making the Swing versatile enough for use on still-water fly rods or for precise euronymphing techniques. Built for durability, the Swing is ready to withstand tough fishing days, whether chasing Yellowfish on the Vaal River or stalking wary wild trout on rugged rivers. We’ve rigorously field-tested the Swing for over a year on various South African waters, with input from competitive anglers during its development.

When it comes to selecting a fly reel, aesthetics, and sound play a key role, and we’ve spent significant time perfecting both. The click of the drag knob and the running of the drag delivers a clean, audible sound that’s neither intrusive nor too subtle, creating a unique sensory experience for the angler.
